New Substantive Consultant joins the department

Suzanne Biers has joined our department as a Consultant Urologist with a specilaist interest in incontinence, bladder dysfunction and reconstruction. Having graduated from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in London, her training has taken her to Churchill Hospital in Oxford and specialist registrar training in the Wessex region, which includes hospitals in Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Basingstoke and Winchester. She also completed a postgraduate research degree (MD) in bladder overactivity with Professor Alison Brading at the Oxford University Department of Pharmacology. Suzanne has recently completed a female urology fellowship working with urologists and urogynaecologists in Leciester.
