1. The CT scan shows a right-sided 10mm obstructing stone with associated right hydroureter and hydronephrosis.
2. Medical expulsive therapy (usually with tamsulosin), extracorporeal shockwave treatment and ureteroscopy and laser stone fragmentation.
3. Electrohydraulic, electromagnetic and piezoelectric.
4. Failure, pain, ureteric obstruction from stone fragments or oedema, haematuria.
